阿胡椰（Ａｋｏｙａ）、迦斗矢（Ｋａｔｏｙａ）、嵐（Ａｒａｓｈｉ）は、
２１００年にタイムスリップし、真田家の末裔、真田幸治朗と出会う。
幸治朗によれば、大阪夏の陣のあと、幸村が徳川家に追い詰められのは、
タイムトラベルが可能になった現在の徳川の末裔が、
最新兵器で武装した伊賀忍者を１６１５年に送り込んだためだという。
つまり、歴史がゆがめられたのだ。
本当なら、徳川を破る真田幸村を守るため、
３人の忍は、伊賀忍者と同じ武装を備え、
タイムトラベルをしながら、
伊賀忍者と戦う旅に出た・・・・
